[26 Dec 2009|07:04pm] emie_took [ mood | cheerful ] [ music | None at the moment ] I am exhausted, and I have no reason to be really. ^^; My Christmas was excellent I hope everyone else's was full of good times. I saw an ass ton of movies, Avatar right before Christmas, Sherlock Holmes yesterday and The Princess and the Frog today. All were exceptionally good but since not everyone is a fan of kid's movies I'll just skip right ahead to recommending Sherlock Holmes. So yummy. I am also yet again amazed by how the simplest things can entertain the simple-minded (i.e. ME) for hours. I got Little Big Planet yesterday from dad and even though all you can really do as far as gameplay goes is jump and grab onto things occasionally...it's freaking addicting. So much customization, so much stuff to get. I played for hours and couldn't believe I did once I noticed the time. Damn. I'm sure I have tags to get to...*just checked inbox* Oh lol. No I don't! XD Is it wrong that even though I got shiney new games for my PS3 for Christmas all I want to do is play ACII? It is. 2 comments|post comment

It's the Eve [24 Dec 2009|04:52pm] emie_took [ mood | good ] [ music | Return of the Jedi on TV ] I probably won't be around tomorrow since I'll be with the family here then heading up to Flowery Branch for time with aunt, uncle, and cousins. So from the bottom of my spazzy little heart: MERRY CHRISTMAS I don't have a sparkle font or colors to throw at you just the thoughts. ^^; They're what counts right? Started yet another new game of ACII because Ezio voice is already faltering in my head and wanted to run through the story again and pay attention to all little Ezio related details. Yeah, I could look up videos online but I just don't pay as much attention if I'm not sitting there playing it. And on a superficial note, it's in HD on my TV and on YouTube it's not. Heh, Return of the Jedi is on Spike and my brother and I are giggling over how yeah, THIS is the most Christmasy movie ever! So have a holly jolly Christmas and may the Force be with you! You're supposed to pick 7 icons of mine and then I tell the story/explanation behind them. Or something? Anyway atelierjoh picked mine. ( To save your f-list ) I wish it felt more like Christmas around here but my father refuses to put the tree up because he says he wants to repaint the living room. That can't wait until after Christmas? The living room isn't going anywhere and it's not like the walls are peeling or look like crap they just happen to be a color that mom and dad don't like anymore. I want some Christmas spirit around here but laziness is winning over. I know if I ask or bug him about it he'll just get all half-pissed and start laying on the guilt by claiming I think that he's ruining the holiday. Ugh. This is why Christmas sucks half the time. Oh and the fact that it's also cold season. Asked him about it, he was very apologetic and said it was reasonable to save the painting for January. He didn't get the least bit upset. I can't keep up with it and I don't even have anything to do there! It's nuts. I'm sorry Aisu, lord knows I want to play with you 'cause it's so damn fun but I'm wondering if I'd actually be able to get anything done there. Conundrum. I don't want a small game, thought I wanted a big one. Big one has turned out too daunting. What to do. Ezio is getting very impatient. Also, I'M SICK AGAIN! Good lord why can't I just stay well for more than a handful of days? Grrrr.
